Barbell deadlifts are one of the best exercises women can do in the gym to get nice hamstrings (back of Legs), butt, and improves posute. Start with a light weight like 20-30lbs and focus on good form then move up in weight.
In this video female Fitness Model Chelsey Novak does 45lbs bar for about 20 reps. Then she adds 5 lbs each side and does about 12-15 reps for the next 3 sets.
