Ab-Mazing Core Workout ♥ Best 8 Exercises For Lower Abs



I took a trip this summer to visit my hometown Poltava, Ukraine and of course had to make some videos for you guys. This is a 5 min miracle workout class that includes 8 of my favourite lower ab exercises. Its the perfect sequence that will give you the ultimate LOWER abdominal workout.

The “belly pouch” that covers the lower area of your belly will be destroyed with the combination your commitment to exercises like these on a regular basis and a consumption of a clean diet! You will develop muscles with these exercises but if you don’t burn the fat that covers the muscles you won’t see the results you want.

so remember... if you want the best results you have to apply 2 rules and stick to them: You have to work hard AND eat clean. I eat a plant based diet (yes im a vegan fitness girl) which helps a lot and I highly recommend it. But the working hard piece comes from within each of us... you have to commit yourself everyday to the idea of achieving whatever healthy look you desire.
