Sunset Yoga Flow ♥ End Of Day Stress & Anxiety Relief



This is a great end of day 10 minute yoga routine that you can do to help eliminate stress and tension that has built up from a busy day. I love doing this easy yoga routine, especially when I've had a bad day as it helps me refocus and recharge my energy through stretching & breathing, and bringing myself back into a present state of awareness. If you constantly ask, How can i get rid of anxiety at the end of my day? Or whats the easiest stress relief methods for women? Or what the best ways to cope with post work stress? The answer is simple... its found in the peaceful benefits of a relaxing yoga flow. 

Try doing this beginners yoga routine right after work before dinner, preferably at sunset so you can let go of your anxieties with the sun. Enjoy a peaceful evening! 

And remember... where you are in your yoga practice right now, is exactly where you should be. Yoga is not a competition or a race of any sorts, its about where and who you are right now, accepting it fully, and finding peace, balance, & stillness in it all.
