**In this Exercise You Should do a extension of your arms contracting your Back.
Take a part of the resistance band and lay down with your belly downward. So hold the band extremities overhead. Keep your torso elevated contracting your lower back. Pull the band backward contracting your back muscles. In the same time, pull your hands out!
Keep your elbows elevated and squeeze your scapulas on the top then control the return.
Your lower back works to stabilize your torso during the exercise.
You can do 3-4 sets of 08-15 reps for better results.

This video was one of the scariest iv ever but up because it was so personal. I was terrified for soooo many reasons one you would all hate. If you did like it please thumbs it up. Iv had so many requests to do this video so I hope you like it. I am a qualified nutritionist and will try my best to answer any questions you have on healthy eating and maintaining a balanced diet which is not always easy. I try to encourage healthy clean eating over dieting.

Sample meal plan: guys this is just a sample don't forget that. When I make a meal plan for an individual I spend a lot of time with that person to get likes and dislikes and intolerance if any so I can compile something that meets their dietary requirements. They also fill in a consultation form for me. This is only a teeny tiny sample of what I do as a nutritionist.
On rising
- Glass of tepid water with the juice of 1 lemon
Breakfast
- 30g porridge oats
- 50g dried fruit of your choice
- 200ml low fat milk
- Cup of tea
Mid-morning Snack
- 2 mandarins/plums and low fat yoghurt (danone Activia)
Lunch
Low – Cal butternut squash soup (serves 6) can be frozen and eaten the following week
- 1 butternut squash
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 carrots
- 2 celery slicks
- 2 vegetable stock cubes or gelatinised stock (knorr stock cube or oxo)
- Chop all veg and cover with the stock
Cook until the vegetables are soft. Once cool enough, liquidise
Mid-day snack
Hummus
Vegetable sticks – carrot, celery, cucumber
Green tea or fruit juice
Dinner
Salmon Parcel
- 150g Salmon fillet skinned
- Black pepper and lemon juice
- 3 medium potatoes
- 1 spring onion
- Handful of fresh parsley
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Courgettes or green vegetables of choice
Brush a large piece of foil with oil and place fish in the centre. Season with salt, fresh ground pepper and some lemon juice. Fold up the foil to make a loose parcel. Bake in oven at 180°C for 20 – 30 minutes or until the fish is cooked . While the fish is cooking boil the peeled potatoes, when cooked mash with 1 tsp chopped spring onion and 1 tsp chopped parsley add a dash of low fat milk if too dry. Serve fish with mash and green vegetables of choice
Or
Chicken dinner serves 1
- 130g chicken fillet, baked in foil
- Squeeze of lemon and chopped garlic
- 4 baby boiled potatoes
- Steamed, boiled or roasted vegetables (carrots, cabbage, broccoli etc.)
Pre bedtime Snack
One medium nectarine

**In this Exercise You Should burn fat!
Kneel down with your knees together on the floor.
Position your body straight and your hands on the Fitness Ball. Keep your Hip fixed and your hands firmly on the ball. Keep your hip fixed.
So contract your abs make steps forward and backward in an alternated form (right and left legs). Keep your knees slightly flexed during the movement. Do it as fast as you can!
Make sure that you are making a contraction focusing your Abs muscle to keep the equilibrium! It's nice to beginners!
You can do 3 or 4 sets of 10 to 30 sec for better results.
***It's a efficient movement to BURN FAT on the Ball!

1:34 Four reasons that people destroy their willpower:
1) Stress, anxiety, depression and any negative emotion will kill your willpower.
2) Lack of sugar to your brain and a lack of sleep.
3) You simply run out of willpower.
4) Lack of training... yes you have to train your willpower.
How to overcome destroying your willpower:
1) Exercise, healthy eating, hang out with friends and don't stress.
2) Eat every two to three hours.
3) When you run out of willpower, try doing things in the morning.
4) Time how many breaths you take in sixty seconds and whatever it is, you want to lower your breaths from 6-10 for every sixty seconds. Work your way up to twenty minutes a day and you will definitely reduce your rash decision making.
Follow these steps and take control of your fitness goals and your life.
**Note: I personally listen to to audible.com during all my workouts to get mentally prepare for my intense training and also prepare for my daily tasks.... it's not only a game changer, it's a life changer.

Your children see their friends wolfing down junk food like bags of empty-calorie chips, soft drinks loaded with sugar and calories, ice cream, and oversized hamburgers.
Then, they sit in front of the TV where commercials bombard them with marketing messages for unhealthy cereals that are coated with high-fructose corn syrup or other sweeteners. Those breakfast cereals offer little if any nutritional benefits.
Studies have shown that children are able to recall many of the commercials they see on TV, and they can even sing the songs! What they don't know is that bad eating habits can cause health problems like osteoporosis, childhood diabetes, asthma, high cholesterol, allergies, obesity, bad teeth and gums, weak bones and even depression.
What can you do when kids cry, whine, nag, scream and cajole you to buy the junk food they want to eat? One of the best things you can do is to start teaching good eating habits early, when they are toddlers.
At a young age, involve your children in meal planning, shopping and food preparation. Give them a choice of two healthy vegetables and let them pick which one they want for lunch or dinner. Take them shopping with you and look for that vegetable in the supermarket. If they chose a big red pepper, let the child pick the pepper out of the bin and place it in the shopping cart. When you get home, they can help you wash it. You can handle the knife and cut the pepper into strips.
Another way to involve children is to teach two lessons at the same time: how to be a smart shopper and also eat healthy. Show them how to clip food coupons from newspapers and magazines, with an emphasis on nutritious foods that are high in fiber, low in fat and calories, and have a minimum of food additives and preservatives.
You might even have a favorite website where you can access cents-off coupons for tasty snacks for kids like fat-free yogurt and natural cheese. Many of the mommy blogs will give you lots of other ideas on where to find these coupons.
Ask your kids to help you look for healthy kid-tested recipes for nutritious sandwiches, hot vegetables, fresh salads loaded with fruits and vegetables they love, and high-fiber muffins and other snacks.
If your kids take their lunch to school, look for items you can make for healthy, low-fat and tasty bag lunches. Kids love turkey sandwiches on whole-grain bread, fresh fruit like Delicious Apples, and fresh vegetables like carrot sticks and broccoli with a low-cal dipping sauce.
Introduce children to foods that might be unfamiliar to them. Ask them to try a mango or guava. Explain to them the health benefits of kiwis, and show them our video on "Healthy Kids' Snack Ideas for Vitamin C" at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TBM06R1O58I.
This is an excellent educational video that will show them all the ways fruits like oranges, mangoes, fresh berries, cantaloupe and watermelon will make them strong and help ward off illness. You can also read to them lots of fun facts about various types of fruits that are rich in Vitamin C, which you'll find in the description below the video.
Ask them if they want any of those foods in their bag lunch or as a healthy after-school snack. Keep washed, ready-to-grab fruits and vegetables in a handy location, like the bottom drawer of the refrigerator, so they can eat them whenever they're hungry.
Another way to teach children about healthy eating is to take them to the library and look at books about childhood nutrition. Take the books home and read them. Keep asking your children to suggest foods they want to try.
If your children like to color, introduce them to our "Healthy Heroes" at our website at http://qualitycateringforkids.com/kids.php. They can meet Abraham Apple, Bridget Banana, Owen Orange, Priscilla Pear, Carol Carrot, Ben Broccoli and others. Each "hero" offers a short explanation of what makes them such a nutritious food choice for children. Ask your kids to choose their favorite hero and draw a picture.
