I like keep my body fat between 10% - 13% to compensate the loose skin I got from losing the excess fat. If I get leaner than this, I get the sagging skin look. With my current body fat percentage, I can easily balance between eating my favorite food and healthy food while doing at least 30 minutes exercise 3-4 days a week to maintain it.

Today I'm going to show you water aerobics. Water aerobics can be a lot of fun. All you need is like two empty milk jugs. I use two water bottles because that's what I had. I'm sure you will enjoy this workout.

These ten workout tips are the best advice that I can give someone who is wanting to build muscle, burn body fat, get six pack abs, build an amazing body or just start working out.
Your body is a critical component of the image equation. Feeling good about your body is a critical component of your confidence and self-esteem. Creating and executing a diet and exercise plan is necessary for both components! Aaron Marino of alpha m. presents his top 10 fitness tips to help you realize your 'sexy-ass' physical potential.
1. Lift each body part once a week - your body needs rest. You can make progress and gains by lifting each body part once a week. Alpha explains, in detail, the cycle of exercise, rest, and building blocks.
2. Each body part includes your lower body - you need to do everything for a well-balance and symmetrical physique.
3. Don't be afraid of cardio - it's not 'muscle eating', and it's key to keeping your body fat low and keeping your heart & lungs healthy.
4. Most workout supplements are 'crap' - a lot of the products have no scientific based research backing their claims. Some of the stimulants get you 'up' but coffee will do the same thing! Buy and take a multivitamin first and foremost. Nutrition first, supplements seconds.
5. Change your body part workout every time - you will get results by the body responding and growing. If you do the same thing, your body will stop responding because it gets 'used to it'.
6. It's all about consistently - your body represents what you do most consistently.
7. You don't need a gym membership in order to exercise - there are a ZILLION things to do around your house. Use YouTube as a resource! You don't have to spend a lot to look great.
8. If you are going to the gym, know and respect gym etiquette such as put back dumbbells back on the rack and unload plates, don't drop or slam the weights, no selfies while working out, and wear deodorant and clean clothing,
8. Develop a program that's right for you - exercise to feel good about yourself and to experience the benefits. Starting is the hardest part.
10. You need to have a healthy diet! No exercise program works alone - it needs to be combined with a sensible diet. 80% of how you look is your diet!

5 simple arm workout:
-Biceps Curl
Hold a dumbbell in each hand at the sides with palms facing forward and arms straight down.
Position the feet comfortably about shoulder width apart.
Brace the stomach muscles ready to lift the weight.
Lift one dumbbell toward the shoulder, rotating the arm as it moves up so that the palm with dumbbell is now facing upward and the elbow is pointing to the ground with the forearm almost vertical.
Lift one dumbbell toward the shoulder, rotating the arm as it moves up so that the palm with dumbbell is now facing upward and the elbow is pointing to the ground with the forearm almost vertical.
Lower to the side position and perform the same movement with the other arm and continue to alternate until the set is complete.
A variation is to do the exercise with both arms at the same time.
Concentrate on good form rather than rapid execution, at least when starting out. Feel the burn when doing these exercises.
-Hammer Curl Press
Grab a pair of dumbbells and let hang arm's length at your sides. Palms facing each other.
Keep elbows tucked into sides. Next, curl dumbbells up to shoulders while keeping upper arms in place and palms facing each other.
Once dumbbells are curled to shoulders, push dumbbells up above your head until arms are straight. This completes on rep.
-Military Press
Stand upright or sit on a bench with the back straight.
Hold a dumbbell in each hand with your arms at a 90 degree angle with an overhand grip. Thumbs should be on the inside and knuckles facing up.
Raise the weights above the head in a controlled motion, ensuring that you do not slam the arms upward and stress the elbow joint.
Exhale as you push upward.
Return dumbbells to the shoulders.
Option: Alternate arms instead of both arms at once.
-Overhead Arm Extension
This workout you can use one or two dumbbells. You can do this while standing or sitting.
Grasp the dumbbells with both of your hands and hold it behind your head. Your arms should be bent into right angles with your forearms running along the sides of your head so that the dumbbells are in the back of your head.
Extend your elbows and lift your forearms so that they are pointed vertically above your head with the dumbbells. Hold that position for a moment and then lower them back to the right angle position behind your head.
-Triceps Kickbacks
You can use a knee, bed or workout bench for this exercise. Place your left hand on your left knee. Your right leg should be straight back.
Hold a dumbbell with your right hand. Your upper arm should be running parallel to your body and your palm should be facing your body.
Extend your elbow so that the dumbbell lifts up towards your back. Hold the dumbbell up for a moment and then release it back down.
Switch to your right knee and place your right hand on your knee and extend your left tricep. Repeat the exercise on the left side.
Hi my lovelies, please READ this box for more info in regards to some questions you might have. How I get a flat belly effectively with these simple workouts in under 5 minutes. These moves are suitable for beginners and I will be showing and explaining to you step by step to master the moves. If you are busy, then this is good as it takes less than 5 minutes.
1) How often should I do this workout?
Do 15-20 repetitions and 3-4sets for each exercise, 3-4 times weekly on alternate days. If you are a beginner, start slow and increase the reps and sets as you progress.
2) Should I only do this workout?
For best result, combine it with consistent total body workouts (3-4 times weekly) and have a healthy, clean, balanced diet (that's a huge part to getting a flat belly). You can refer to my other workout videos for an effective total body workouts. If you are a beginner, try my "Beginner Fat Burning" workout video with this. =)

3) When will I start to see the difference (or get a flat belly)?
For this workout and any other workouts in general, you should feel and see the difference in 4-6 weeks. This varies individually depending on how much body fat you have to lose, the safe and sustainable weight loss ratio is 1-2lbs per week. Again, combine this workout with total body workouts to burn off the excess fat.
4) Can I do this workout more frequently for quicker results?
Doing this workout more frequently doesn't equal quicker result, it's a combination of total body workouts to burn the excess fat off and a good clean diet. Allowing your muscles to rest and recover is as important too - hence do it on alternate days.
5) I feel the strain on my lower back instead of abs and my lower back is arching. Am I doing it wrong?
If you are new to this workout, It's comment to arch our back because our ab muscles are not as strong yet. Slow down the pace and focus on getting the right technique initially.
So only bring your legs down as low as you can without arching your back. It's alright if it's only half way through because it's more important that we don't feel the strain on our lower back, and focus on working the abs muscles. You can also support your lower back by placing your hand directly under your lower back. As your abs get stronger, you will find that you will be able to bring your legs down even more.
6) I want to get a flat belly in 1 week or 2 weeks. What can I do?
It's important to set yourself a realistic goal. We do not put on weight / belly fat overnight, hence it will take time for us to lose the weight too. The sooner you stop looking for shortcuts, instead trust yourself and your hard work, the sooner you will see results. Start by cleaning up your food; so no junks, fried food, soda drink and reduce the amount you eat. If you consume less than your body burns, that's when you lose weight. And of course combine it with total body workouts 5-6 days a week for quick and best result.

I choose to not 'diet' and don't eat 100% clean because I think it is sustainable for long term weight loss. I never deprive myself of any foods as I still think food should be enjoyable.
- I eat 1200 calories on a sedentary day (more when exercising)
- I eat 120g or less of carbs a day, lately my average has been 85g (I count ALL carbs even from fruit, veggies etc).
- I try to get as close to 100g of protein each day.
- The Quest Bar flavours I recommend are: Choc Chip Cookie Dough, Double Choc Chunk, White Choc Raspberry & the Cravings Peanut Butter Cups.
- I am a PICKY eater so I stick with eggs/chicken breast/ground turkey. However there are other lean proteins you could include in your diet (fish, turkey, bison, pork chops, tofu, etc)
Please bear in mind that I am NOT a nutritionist or professional, this is just what has worked for me & so I wanted to share.

If you stick to these ten tips to lose body fat and reduce your body fat, you will see progress. The secret to losing body fat and reducing your weight is sticking to a diet. This video will give you ten ideas on how to stick to your diet and achieve results.
Body fat - everyone either has tried to lose it, is in the process of losing it, or lost it and unfortunately found it again. Are you attempting to slim down to get your fine ass even finer? Aaron Marino of alpha m. is giving ten fat loss tips to lose body fat, and stick to a diet. If you want someone to blow smoke up your ass, Alpha isn't doing it!
Only 10% of fat loss has to do with exercise. 90% is the diet, and it's the tough part. Diet is something you have to pay attention to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
1. Diet plan - You need to prepare and have a plan that is thought out and structured.
2. Preparation - Prepare meals ahead of time in mass quantity so your diet doesn't get sabotaged.
3. Get rid of the crappy food in your house - if the stuff isn't there, you're not going to eat it.
4. Limit the amount you eat out - if you aren't aware of the food preparation process, you aren't aware of the added fat, preservatives, and salt added. If you do eat out, decide online what you want before you go and don't even open the menu when you're at the restaurant.
5. Drink a minimum of 2 to 3 liters of water a day - you can flavor with lemon
6. Don't live-and-die by the number on the scale - fluctuations will happen but a consistency downward direction is necessary. Weigh once to twice a week.
7. Think of it as a lifestyle change and modification - this is not short term! It's changing your habits.
8. Don't focus on the calories you're consuming - focus on the quality calories you are consuming.
9. Give yourself the freedom to cheat 'every once-in-awhile' - indulge once or twice a week. Indulge doesn't mean going nuts and freakin' crazy.
10. If you fall off the weight-loss horse, dust yourself off and get back on - the successful people don't beat themselves off. It's hard but you're the only one that matters. You may fall off 27 freakin' times, but it only takes 1 time to ride that puppy into the sunset. You just need to give yourself permission to succeed.
