**In this Exercise You Should lift your leg in front of your body.
Stand up and keep the ball overhead.
Then lift a leg forward as high as possible contracting your Abs. In the same time take the ball downward and touch it on your foot.
Do it in an alternated form, with the right and left legs.
Contract your Glutes for stabilize your body. Do the maximum amplitude for better results.
This is a complete exercise and it works your Legs, Glutes and Abs. Great for Fat Burning!
You can do 3 or 4 sets of 12-20 reps for better results.
It's a efficient movement to develop your Cardio condition without equipments at home!
