**In this Exercise You Should do a Frontal Raise of your arm lifting the towel upward.

Keep your Elbow slightly flexed and fixed during the motion. The another arm should pull down the towel.

Lift the towel until your head height and make the maximum contraction of the Delts Muscles.

You can do 3 or 4 sets of 10-15 reps for better results.

It's a efficient movement to develop your Shoulder without equipments at home!
