**In this Exercise You Should do an adduction of your Shoulder Blades.
You should take a part of the Band and keep your arms elevated in front of your body.
With your hands together, you should pull your hands out and backward contracting your Back. Do it taking your elbows upward. So squeeze your Shoulder Blades. Your posterior shoulders is working to make the scapular retraction.
Keep torso straight during the motion.
You can do 3-4 sets of 10-15 reps for better results.
It's an efficient movement to work your Back at home!
It's a simple way to develop your Upper Back at home with No Equipments!
