*This exercise is an amazing choice for improve your Biceps providing a ripped appearance of your arms. Today is used in Gyms and sports.

You can easily realize it in your house or apartment and all you need is a Resistance Band. This is easy handling and storage.

**Check out the following step by step:

Material - A Resistance Band.

Positioning - Grip the resistance band on the door handle and hold the extremity. Sit down with your back upright and support your elbow below your knees. Keep your palm upward.

Note: Keep your Torso straight.

Execution - Do a flexion of your Elbow taking the band toward your face contracting your Biceps.

Note: Maximum contraction of the Biceps muscle, squeeze it on the top.

You should keep fixed your Shoulder to increase the Biceps work.

You can do 4x08-15 reps for better results.
