You have to walk before you can run. Sometimes situations in life makes you slow down a walk a little. This video clip was a result of that. I was diagnose with cancer so I slowed down a little bit until it is removed. But at the same time I am keeping my mission to inspire the world to fitness, and this is for those who just starting out or need slower pace exercise workout.
